What are your support working hours?

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (half day). Sunday and public holidays: Closed.

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically reply to all inquiries within 24 business hours. For urgent matters, please mention 'URGENT' in your subject line.

What if I have an urgent issue?

You can email support@saleskart.com with 'URGENT' in the subject line, and we'll prioritize your request accordingly. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order in your profile under the 'Orders' section using the tracking number sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched. The courier partner will also send you a separate tracking link.

How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return directly from your Profile > Orders section. Select the item you want to return, provide a reason, and optionally add proof images. We'll process your request and arrange a return courier within 3-5 business days.

What's your return window?

You have 10 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. After that, the return window closes.

Where can I find policy documents?

All policy documents are available in our Legal section: Terms & Conditions, Privacy & Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Returns/Refund Policy. You can also access them from the footer.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can shop as a guest! However, creating an account gives you benefits like order tracking, faster checkout, wallet functionality, and easy returns initiation.
