At SalesAkart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.
You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return, exchange, or replacement. This is your deadline to contact us.
Log into your SalesAkart account and navigate to 'My Profile' → 'Orders'.
Find the order and item you want to return. Click the 'Return Item' button.
Select your reason for return (faulty, wrong item, change of mind, etc.). Optionally add photos as proof.
Review and submit your return request. We'll verify within 24 hours.
We'll arrange return shipping or provide a label. Send the item in original packaging.
Once inspected and approved, your refund is processed (5-10 business days).

Return Shipping: We cover return shipping if the item is faulty or we made an error. For change of mind, you may need to arrange return shipping.
